My surgery is scheduled for 6/27/11. I've finished a week on Optifast, and I am beginning to get excited. I've enjoyed exploring the website. I also met two ladies at a hospital class I attended, and we're in this together.
After losing 30 lbs for a wedding last September, I began to see the weight coming back on. I have to make an attempt to end this viscous cycle. I don't mind exercise, I think I just need something to help control my appetite.
I'm all in and hoping for the best.
