I WAS TOLD TO TAKE 2 FLINSTONES VITAMINS A DAY, IS THAT ABOUT RIGHT OR SHOULD I INCREASE SINCE I AM 5 WKS POST-OP, OR IS THAT A GOOD AMOUNT EACH DAY?

I think two flintstone chewables is the daily rec. dose for adults, it should be on the label.

I started taking "regular" vitatmins at 2 weeks post op. I was a little worried about them getting stuck so I droped one in a glass of water - it completely dissolved in about 5 minutes. I haven't had any problems taking them at all.
