Today is one year since being banded. I have to say this has been the most exciting year ever, and I would gladly do this again! I have worked really hard all year long to do my absolute best and I am currently down 160 pounds. I had a major surgery at the end of December so it stalled my weight loss, but I am back to working out again, and I can't wait to see what happens in the next year!

Outstanding! Congrats. As soon as you're healed from surgery, your band will be waiting and ready for you. I, too, had 4 surgeries in a year and managed to gain some weight back. Good news is that after healing, I'm back at it again. Wishing you continued success. :)
