After a few bites of food I feel bubbles (and they make noise) in my throat and sometimes get the hiccups while eating! Does this happen to anyone else??

This happens to me all of the time!!!! I have been told that it is a soft sign that I am full. So I listen to it and stop eating at that same time.

When I get that feeling I stop eating. For me it means I am going to get stuck or I am stuck. So I relax for a few and see if I start PBing or throwing up. It will be a year for me next month. It is so important that we take our time and eat and chew chew chew. That is the only way we can feel and tell what is going on with us. Good Luck to you on your journey.

That happens every time I eat. Since the beginning, I took it as a sign of "Stop Eating". My grandkids laugh at me but I just tell them "Nana is hiccuping all the way down the scale so I can chase them down". Looking forward to that day.
