I am 3 days post op and feel like I have terrible heartburn :-( Does anyone know if I can take antacids? I will call the Dr in the morning but since it is Sunday I was hoping someone out there could help me. Amy

Yes you can take antacids. Were you on them before surgery? Usually you still take them for a month after then stop to see if your acid reflux is under control
