My blood pressure is now 110/70 WITHOUT my blood pressure meds! I started this journey on 2 blood pressure meds then I went down to just 1 and now... NONE!

Awsome! I know how excited I was to get off my bloodpressure, diebetes and high cholesteral meds. It was a great doctor visit! Congratulations!

That is absolutely fabulous. I'm not supposed to go back to my PCM until 6 months post surgery. I'm hoping i can get off mine then too. Love love love being banded.

Thanks everyone! Now I have 2 months worth of unopened BP meds but my MIL takes the same thing as me so I guess I'll donate them to her.

I'm happy to be off them!
