Dr. Larson seems very thorougho and explained the procedure and all pre-op procedures very clearly. However, the administrative staff does not return phone calls even after waiting for weeks. I still have a simple question that I can not seem to get answered. On more than one occasion the scheduling of pre-op procedures and appointments has been off by three hours and once there was even a two day discrepancy between the date on the Dr. order and the date that was in the hospital system. Dr. Larson seems to be a very competent surgeon, but his support his staff does not share his demand for professionalism and customer service.
