Weigh in tonight at Weight Watchers.

I just had a fill and it's great! But, I feel as full from a couple strips of chicken as I do when I eat 1/2 a pizza. I FEEL that I'm heavier, even though my scale says I'm not. So then I FEEL like a failure.

I'm stuffed! I've had water today, too! OMG...I REALLY STUFFED.

I was 225 this morning on my scale...I'm crossing my fingers for tonight's weigh in. (Though, I think the scale at WW is FISHY!!! My scale at home...

Why are pants so damned complicated to get in and out of???

I was able to pull my work pants on and off without unfastening them, but a little while ago I got them altered. Very nice...cheap and they fit great now!

But, that means I need to unbutton the inner button ...and unbutton the other inner button. And then unsnap that little metal clip thingy - both of them, then unbutton the OUTER button and then UNZIP them.

By, then I've peed my pants and need...

I had a GREAT birthday!

I am so glad I got the fill. I'd been really down lately over not losing weight on my "own" with no fill and over all just kinda grumpy.

But this weekend that changed! Mom brought over ice cream cups (think elementary school) and cup-cakes - one for every one. I ended up not eating the cake, just mixing the icing in w/the ice cream. I had a bite of the foods that people brought, but mostly I ate the grilled fish. BF grilled steaks,...

I am just remembering when DD had her tonsils out. I was too fat to fit in the jumpsuits in order to go into the operating room. So, I had to wait in the waiting room.

I had tried on the jumpsuit, and was able to zip it, but I couldn't really move in it, or sit down. I tried and it ripped a little down the zipper. I was so embarassed. DD didn't know, she'd already been knocked out, but as a mom it was hard to go through. She was in there, this little girl - my baby, and I couldn't be...

Okay, here I am on Tuesday 5/13 - five days before my birthday - and I'm getting a re-fill.

I've been empty for about a month after being way too tight for a couple days. It really goes against my entire life's belief system to get a fill before a birthday. I know that sounds crazy and stupid - and really its craziness is what's making me go in today. My mother is fat, my grandmother was heavy, and I've topped both of them with my weight. So, growing up fat and then trying to break...
