Hi! Just checking in. No I haven't written a while and didn't want you to think I had forgotten you. It is just the end of the school year where I work and everything is hectic!
I am a bit concerned about the may "end of the year parties I have coming up, as many of them are after I have told myself I was starting the LSD diet. They are occasions ALL expect me to attend and even cook for! ): Don't quite know how I'' deal with it. I should be a good test of what's to come.
Hope all is well with you. We have had rainy weather which isn't going along to well with Memorial Day plans for visitors to our area, but I'm going to BBQ anyway.

I am happy to be your friend. I live in a farming community so I am somewhat familiar with your occupation. I live in a community of aprox. 500 folks. Very small town. I will give details as we chat. I am 54, and retiring with an early out with PERS from our local school district as a classified employee in which I have had many different occupations. I have been married for 31 years in July. In fact our anniversary date is 7/7/1977! I have 3 step children. as we chat on I will also explane my children. I don't mind my personal details as all in all I live a very simple life.
what does your pre-op diet consist of. That and exercise are my next major steps. I always think I am getting enough exercise as a full time cook, but it's probably mostly elbow to mouth!!!
