FINALLY under 300 lbs. (291) I keep losing, then gaining. losing then gaining. And im STUCK.. SO frustrated with my screw ups. need motivation ASAP!

ugh...this not sleeping thing is starting to make me very angry....2different medications haven't helped much. I started a new one tonight but I was told it might take a couple of weeks before it really helps. I hope thats not the case...hoping more like a couple of days. :(
