And I just sit here crying in my bowl of soup :( Okay, so I'm not eating and I'm not crying but I should be... no more weight loss yet. It's coming though. I've walked 4 times this week. Couldn't walk for more than a week because of a flare up of a bone problem I have. It's fine now so back to my regular walks.

Isn't it weird how that happens? Yesterday I dropped another pound and had just lost 1 the day before that. But today I'm up a pound and only had about 1,000 calories yesterday! This is why we should only weigh ourselves once a week. I can't wait a week, though. I'm addicted to weighing myself every night and first thing in the morning. I must love to make myself crazy!

LOL. I weigh at night and in the morning, too. I think of it as a giant science experiment, but I don't let it bother me. I must say that I always record the lowest number. Then, I don't record another number until it goes down again. Sometimes, I have a very long wait between numbers. ;o)
