Just wanted to let everyone know I"ve reached a milestone. I've been hovering around 210 for the last month. Imagine my surprise this morning when I stepped on the scale and it said 208.8!
I should probably have a fill, but I have been exercising like crazy lately and a little extra food is helping fuel my body. I'm trying really hard to eat healthy so something must be working.
I try to stick between 1,000 and 1,200 calories a day.

I have yet to lose anything on this challenge. If I were to be updating on the chart, I'd be adding and subtracting the same couple of pounds over and over.  Anyhow, I see my surgeon tomorrow and expect that I will be getting a fill which should mean that I will should actually be able to document a loss next week!
I'm really looking forward to doing so!

I didn't lose anything this week. Hmm maybe it was them dang Mint M&Ms my daughter brought home and I found and ate. They taste just like thin mint girl scout cookies. I have been really really good about NOT cheating for 6 months. so I wont beat myself up over this slip up. They sure were yummy. I know my blood sugar didn't like them....
Ok back on track now.....

Well the race is on and Craig has lost another two pounds, Thin man is comin' from the inside. No more a holdin' back, 200's are almost here.
I am out of words to put to that tune... it is almost midnight and I have to wake up at 5...
I am only two pounds away from 300!! That was my original Memorial Day goal i set back in December(see Sig line)!!!

Well, the new fill seems to be working. Yesterday was a rough day, everything i ate did not want to go down....keep your fingers crossed for today
So far I have lost 5 lbs since starting this challenge......I hope to blow my goal outta the water....i would really like to see a new size for my scrubs for work!

Oh yeah, I forgot to report that I have dropped down another size waist too!
I am now at a size 40!!!! It's just too bad that my gut is not vanishing NEAR as far as my butt has!!!
Oh well, never in my wildest dreams and hopes did I think I would be back down to a size 40 this soon! I have not even reached the 6 month mark!!!

I cannot believe has fast the scale is moving now....i had to go back and weight again cus i thought it was wrong...i am a firm believer in the tightness in my band now.....
Everyone seems to be doing well, i think some still need to update? We stll have 4 more weeks to get to our goal. Keep up the motivation guys, stay focused, recharge your mind, and get moving!
