I sure do ...I'm the proud mama of 6 kiddos ..Hannah will be 11 in a couple of weeks, Logan is 9, Lance is 7, Hayden is 5 and Mason and Morgan will be 3 in May ...they keep me busy that's for sure!

Hang in there! I'm up to 82 pounds down now. ..my goal was to be in "ONEderland" by my birthday next week but I have to lose 7 pounds in just over a week for that to happen so I don't think I'll make it :( I had another fill last week and my 5 month bandiversary is tomorrow. I have pretty good restriction right now but I have only puked once and I feel some resistance every now and then but that's it. ..I just have to tell myself to stop when I don't feel so hungry anymore.

I eat three 4-5oz meals a day for the most part. I'm tighter in the morning so I don't eat as much then and I can eat a little bigger dinner than I should probably. I eat nothing "bad" ...I stick with proteins like cheese, cottage cheese, chicken, eggs, etc ...with some veggies now and then and alot of fruit. I've not eaten anything off my dr's plan since being banded..except a quick knife full of peanut butter now and then ;) I exercise AT LEAST 30 minutes EVERY DAY ...that is my treadmill, I do a 30 minute interval training program on that every evening. I also do some weight training for my arms most days and then I throw in a few different DVD programs I enjoy exercising too at least 3 days a week ..more if I am trying to get over a hurdle. It's not easy ..it's constant work and thinking about what I'm going to eat. I'm hoping to hit my onederland goal within a few days of when I was supposed to but it's taking a lot of work and patience ;) Good luck!
