| I had my band put in Tues the 4th
Things went great at the hospital, I was in surgery for about 45 minutes then in recover for about 1/2 or so and on to my room by 11:20 walking and going to the bathroom. I opted to stay the night since I lived a couple hours away & I paid for it, let them wait on me & I was hooked to pain med's if I started to have pain. Happly things went very well and I was home 24 hours after surgery.
I have an uncomfortable feeling, the gas probably and my stomach looks very big & blotted. I am not hungry at all, but I have had water, broth, jello & a bit of decaf coffee. I am sleeping alot & going to the bathroom alot, but all & all I feel pretty good, not a lot of gas pain & my stomach is going down & I have a bit of gas. So all of you that are worried or nervous really not a lot pain, just discomfort, this is my first surgery ever too.
Things could change I will keep you posted.
