I had my first fill on Sept. 4th. I never felt any restriction but I am rarely hungry so it doesn't matter to me. However now everything I eat seems to get stuck. I had this problem at the end of last week and went back on liquids (talk about no energy!) and then progressed to mushies yesterday and everything seemed to be fine. I thought I had just irritated my tummy with some REALLY spicy food. However, when I went back to solids today it is the same thing. I don't PB, i just feel like I swallowed a golf ball and now my stomach just plain hurts. I emailed the doc, but haven't heard anything. I left work early so I could call him. That is what I am off to do now!

Judi and Salsa,

My Dr told me to take vitamin B12. Did yours? If I forget to take it for a day or two I feel so tired. What a difference it makes in me.

Good luck to you and I hope you feel energized soon!

Jody

Thanks LadyBug.....
What kind of B-12 do you take? Liquid? Pills? What brand?

When I was on one of my many medical diets (a Bariatric clinic), I got B-12 shots. At that time, the nurse told me that shots were the only way to get it into your system. So, I never considered liquid or pills. But, at this point, I am ready to try anything. I am just dragging.......
Thanks!

The nutritionist recommended Twin Lab B12 dots that are sublingual (go under your tongue). I take regular B12 tablets. I take 2 in the morning (250 mg each). It seems to help me a lot. If I take them regularly I feel great. I did forget this week for a couple of days and I was really dragging. Taking them consistently seems to be the key for me. I hope it helps you!!
