Good luck everyone! I feel nervous already for you 8/1 pioneers. Sending positive energy to everyone in bandland.

I've said it before and I'll say it again; THIS IS OUR YEAR! :whoo:

This is the year we finally make a BIG investment in ourselves and ONLY for ourselves!

This is the year we start seeing the numbers on the scale go DOWN not UP.

This is the year we reclaim the amazing people we all are; without feeling like hiding from the world.

This is the year that starts it all. We WILL suceed together.

Crazy Ates -- embrace this month and kick butt this year!

I really need it as I wait to go to sleep only to wake up and go to the hospital in the AM.
