Ok after this week i need to keep by exercising going though Sept. I have a possible fill coming up in Sept to as i am sure most of you do.
I am looking to try and get to the YMCA 6 days a week.
Anyone want to join me. It REALLY pays off when i exercise hard as i have a sit in a chair all day job.
I am hopeing to get to 399LBS by Sept. So im thinking i can shoot for 20LBS by October.
