Hi,

Just getting caught up on my exercise postings.............

I got two cardio workouts in while I was away and today was my usual "Triple Thursday," one hour of cardio, a 30 minute pilates/abdominals class, and one hour of Yoga.

Salsa, WOW! What a surprise to log on and discover that you got married. Congratulations and very best wishes to both of you!!!! I hope you enjoy to the fullest each of your days as a new bride, as this is a very special and lovely time of life.

Pizzi, congratulations in advance on the job and the move to San Diego. I never doubted for a minute that this would come through for you, but it's great to see that the deal is nearly sealed and you will be on your way soon!!!

Have a great night everybody!

Aggghhhh... I only got 2 days of workouts in this week. But the scale was still down 0.5 pounds so everyone was happy! My nut, doc, and DH will all be happy because I only lost 0.5 pounds and I am happy because I lost something. I didn't think I ate the greatest this week either. However, I think we are going to go for a hike this afternoon so I will get in a workout on my day off. That will make me feel better. Next week...all 5 days. NO EXCUSES!

Hi everyone,

Finished my 4.5 mile walk. After being sick for 2 days and not doing anything it was a challenge to get out the door. I am glad I did. I feel 100% better. Have a great weekend!

We just got done with an hour and a half walk. It felt so good since I hadn't been to the gym much this week. My legs were actually feeling much better now that I got out and did something.

I was thinking about skipping cardio today and working in the yard instead (I really love that), but I logged on this morning and saw how great you all are doing so I got my butt on the treadmill for an hour and now I'm going to work in the yard too. Thanks for the motivation everybody. Hope it is a great day for everybody.

I did my usual 4.5 miles. As it turns out I had a nasty gain from being sick and only eating soup. What a set back!! Glad to report 1 pound already gone!!

I ran 2.25 miles tonight. Yeah me! Whosya...if you are lurking I am going to get to the 5K by the end of the month. My original goal was to run 5 miles by my bandiversary, but since I will have my TT before then I have to move up the date. I am going to run 5 miles by my b-day (July 1). Two days before my TT!
