What is your liquide diet after banding

Hi!
I was banded 31/7/07 and this is the diet my Dr. told me:
soups no thick soups, low fat yog., apple juice, protein powder 3 times a day, 1.5 liter of water a day. No juices, no tea (only herbal tea) or coffee. Can use sweeterner. I would like to know what other banders liquide diet is.
Do you also have alot of gas during the first week?

Hi there, I was banded July 30th. Here's my first two week plan:

1. First 4 days post op: B: 1/4 cup clear juice (no sugar added), 1/4 cup Pediolite or Isopro, 1/4 cup jello and a liquid vitamin. L: 1/4 cup clear juice (no sugar added), 1/4 cup Pediolite or Isopro, 1/4 cup jello, 1/4 cup broth and a liquid vitamin. S: 1/4 cup clear juice (no sugar added), 1/4 cup Pediolite or Isopro, 1/4 cup jello, 1/4 cup broth and a liquid vitamin. Snacks: 3 times per day are 1/2 cup juice, 1/4 cup broth or 1 clear sugar free popsicle.

2. Next 10 days: B: 1/4 cup protein shake, 1/4 cup skim milk, 1/4 cup juice and a liquid vitamin. L: 1/4 cup strained cream soup, 1/4 cup skim milk, 1/4 cup pudding or yogurt and a liquid vitamin. S: 1/4 cup strained cream soup, 1/4 cup skim milk, 1/4 cup pudding or yogurt and a liquid vitamin. Snacks: 3 times per day are 1/4 cup protein shake, 1/4 cup jello or 1 clear sugar free popsicle.

I've been creative with protein shakes. One I like is: 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder, 1tsp vanilla extract, 2 tsp decaf instant coffee two icecubes and blend.....Another one: 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 scopp vanilla protein powder, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp coconut extract, 1/2 tsp banana extract, two ice cubes and blend.........
