Is my body were it wants to be??????

I was banded on 6-27-07 so I am a little more than one year out. I lost all of my weight the first 5 months. Mybody has been at the same weight give or take a couple of pounds since then. I have 6.26 in my 10cc band and it seems like no matter what I do the scale does not move. Is there anyone else out there that has had this problem?? I am skinny everywhere except my belly and it is mostly skin. I started @ 238 and am at 168-170.
I am not complaining, I am very very pleased just wondered is this the norm??

I don't know if this is where YOUR body wants to be....my own weight remains at the "30# from goal" for many months too...
