mamakinks: Hi,[07:46 AM] mamakinks: This is my first visit to this site, I was banded in March 07, since my surgery I have many emotional set backs. My mom is in hospice care after a stroke in April, I lost my job and lost my 4 legged best friend suddenly. I am still trying to loose, but I am definitely at a stand still. I Jazzercise and think I am eating right, but I do not know exactly what diet to follow at this point. I am also experiencing a weird feeling when I eat, I can feel the air and the food meeting and until 1 moves it is quite painful. I am schedule for another fill ( I am not even 1/2 full yet) in a couple of weeks and am getting quite anxious about it because I am afraid I will not be able to eat anything. has anyone else experienced this? How are you doing? I was banding in March 07 and I haven't had any success at all. I'm very frustrated. I had two fills and then I had some taken out because I couldn't keep anything down. I have found that I'm an emotional eater and I just plain like to eat. There are some foods I can't eat at all but I have found that I can eat around the band and that's not good!!!
I don't know what to do at this point. I don't really love my doctor that did the surgery and they won't let me switch. I don't want to go back to them at all. I'm really stuck.
