Wow just tried PB2 Peanut Butter

Howdy,

A friend of mine gave me a present yesterday. I got a jar of PB2. I made a little bit of it and it was VERY tasty! I can't wait to try cooking and baking with it. For those of you that are not familar with it, it is powdered peanut butter that is 75% less fat and fewer calories. I looked it up and it is a bit pricey, but I think it is so worth it!!!

Anywho, I just wanted to share.

There was a thread earlier on PB2. I use it for satay sauce and put it in chocolate sugar free pudding.

There are lots of different regional satay recipes. I just used my old standby, which is Thai, and mix up the pb2 and use in it. Huge huge savings in calories.
