And you mention not liking chicken salads other than that one... so I have to recommend the Archer Farms (Target brand) chicken salad. It's made with rotisserie chicken. Tried it for the first time a few weeks ago and it is hands-down, no questions asked, the best chicken salad I've ever had. Even better than mom's. :o
I can't eat meat of any kind. I was thinking that since this stuff turns out like a spread it might work. If your stuff is made from chicken pieces I am sure I couldn't keep it down. I assume it is?? If not I'll try it.

If it is pieces just toss it in the blender, it will turn into a spread. ~Mandy

I know it's not what you're talking about, but one of our friends use to make something that reminds me of this for potlucks. She got some kind of ham salad from the grocery store's deli, and she would puree it with green onions. It made a very goopy salad thing, and I imagine you could use it for all the reasons you listed.

Oh, yep - big chunks of white chicken (meat is probably the one thing I've never PBed on, I tend to forget sometimes that others have real problems with it).

Then I'll end up throwing away the majority of it. That's why I want to find these frozen pellet things.

Kinda sounds like deviled ham.....not frozen of course (unless this was how they kept it). I'll take a can of deviled ham and mix cream cheese and it is to DIE FOR!!!
