I remember someone here mention they have used a "clear" protein called Natures Best Zero. Is that the correct name? I can not find it locally. Where did you purchase yours?
Thanks for your help.

Thanks guys. That's why I LOVE this cite. Everyone is so helpful!!!!!!! I figured I could use this while I'm on clear liquids. Does anyone think that will be a problem? It's the last thing I need to pick up before my surgery(4/24)
Alexra: Your my new idol. Girl you look sexy. 125 lbs lost- that is outstanding. If I can get half those results I'll have my DH panting like a dog!!! LOL
Thanks again,
Roberta

City: Knoxville State: Tennessee | Hi Ceparano was just thinking about you....
I was wondering how you are doing and if you are getting all your supplies in. You'll be able to tell me by the time I have my surgery what I need. I'm going to be pretty lost I think. I'll be thinking of you on the 24th and sending prayers your way.

I see all of the proteins at GNC but which one of them taste best? It is a 3lb tub and might as well get the mostpopular one!!

Dody | Hi Dody,
I actually finished picking up what I needed 3 weeks ago. The clear protein was an after thought for when we should be having clear liquids. However, the Isopure has Bovine Serum in it , so I'll pass on that. No Steer blood for me. YUK
Thanks so much for your kind words. I'll PM you before I go in.

I use Isopure zero carb liquid (already prepared bottles) not poweder. It does not contain Bovine Serum but whey protein from milk. It has really helped me. Some taste better than others and a few I put just a small amount of 100% juice in. They are great for me. One bottle has 40g of protein and I can take it and go all day. I buy mine at GNC. I believe it's Nature's Best brand. I also bought things ahead and found out I didn't need them. As they were unopened, GNC took them back with no problem.

Thank you, thank you, for replying. I have bought other proteins but none have as much protein as the Isopure. That Bovine serum had turned me off and I couldn't find anything else. I will go tomorrow and get some from GNC.:clap2: :clap2: I'm now totally prepared for my surgery 4/24

You are in my thoughts each and every day waiting for this big event...selfish cause I'm looking for you to help guide me through the first rough days. There's a method to my madness!! In all seriousness I will be thinking about you all day and sending out prayers for you. As soon as you are able please PM me and let me know how you are. I'd appreciate that. I know you will do just fine, and the cupboards are surely stocked well it seems. You are right on the ball. Good luck and lots of prayers going out to you.
Packing for this trip to Tennessee, along with the thoughts of seeing the surgeon and hoping he approves me just fine with all my paperwork, have me more nervous then when I had open-heart surgery. :)

I know this is really a matter of taste; but which flavors did you not care for? Thanks again for all your help.

Personally, I like Isopures grape, blue raspberry & pineapple orange bannana best. I tried one of each. The ones I didn't like I mixed with a little 100% juice or Gator Aid to down (you could also add Crystal Light) because I didn't want to waste them. I then went in and bought larger quantities of the ones I like. I don't know about all GNC's, but mine offers a card you can purchase then you get 20% the 1st week of each month. They are also selling the Isopure at buy 5 get 1 free (this is actually cheaper than a case of one kind).
