What's on your Easter Menu?

After mulling it over, we decided to go with a nice BBQed prime rib. It'll be our first attempt at BBQed beef since our surgeries. It should be OK as it is a very tender cut. Can't wait. Can almost taste the meat and horseradish now! :hungry:
