I try to not eat too late in the evening either but that doesn't always happen.
I have been tempted lately to snack. I don't know why, I've been doing this eating change since early July and for some reason its been a bit rough lately.
Got to quit thinking about food!!!! ugggggg................

I think since I was wanting to try a fill, then seeing if I could to eat less, it seems I've got "am I full or hungry" on the brain.
Another question, do you measure your food every time or just eat till you're satisfied and not worry too much about it?
