Question Vitamin Help

I posted in the sticky thread in the general section, but I don't know if anyone saw it. Since everyone eats...hehe...I thought I'd post it here.

So, I hate my vitamin. I dread taking it because it tastes so bad. I was considering Vitamist or the Source of Life liquid vitamin from Nature's Plus that Penni mentioned. Any opinions on either one?

I use a children's chewable- ONE SOURCE- really cheap from walmart and it has all the minerals adults need. I just add afolic acid and chewable calcium. But I am still nursing (i think the 2 year old will nburse till she starts university- she is not into this baby led weaning) and in child bearing age.

Thanks for the advice. It seems like as with many things having to do with being banded, everyone has their own take on the subject. I am now trying to decide between Flintstones and Vitamist...uggh.

I use the Source of Life liquid. I think some people would like the taste, but I don't want to have to taste it every single day, so I mix the dose with about a quarter cup of juice or put it in a smoothie.

I take the Source of Life liquid and it doesn't taste bad at all. It's very thick tho and just a few days post-op I have to drink it REALLY slowly. It's hard to get down. But it works great! Feels good.
