Thumbs up Very Tasty Fruit Dip

Okay all, I found this years ago and my family LOVES it.

With Summer right around the corner and seasonal fruit getting ready to hit the markets I thought I would post this recipe.

You will need equal portions of:
Fat Free/light/anykind Coolwhip
Lemon Yogart (or plain and add a teaspoon of Lemon juice)
Marshmallow Cream

Whip all ingreadiants together and chill for a few hours to let the falvors blend. Mix again before eating. Enjoy with your favorite fruit.

Very Light, Very Tastie, Very Good!

I am always amazed by the different foods you can get overseas, What the ???? is "coolwhip" and "marshmallow cream". You Americans can never laugh at our Vegemite ever again :-)

Out of curiosity, I looked up Coolwhip and Marshmallow cream on the internet. Some scarey ingredients....

Coolwhip:
Ingredients: WATER, CORN SYRUP, HYDROGENATED VEGETABLE OIL (COCONUT AND PALM KERNEL OILS), HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, LESS THAN 2% OF SODIUM CASEINATE (FROM MILK), NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR, XANTHAN AND GUAR GUMS, POLYSORBATE 60, SORBITAN MONOSTEARATE, BETA CAROTENE (COLOR).

Marshmallow Fluff: (slightly less scarey, at least I recognise these).
Corn syrup, sugar syrup, vanilla flavor, and egg white.

Marshmallow cream is a dessert topping mainly used in ice cream sundaes. It can be found in or near the ice cream section by the ice cream cones and other toppings.

I know Coolwhip is not the healthiest thing but the dip is so light and refreshing.
