I don't know if any of you have tried this, but I have been sampling so many RTDs in order to get ready for this journey. I found the smoothest choc. ice cream protein shake with 40 grams of protein. I actually had it for breakfast this morning and that is a HUGE deal for me!!! I am a mega Starbucks quad choc.chip frapachino (sp?) with extra calories and extra everything kinda girl..in other words..kinda picky.
