Question Turkey Chilli

HI everyone...
I made of pot of chilli last night..and OMG..was it good...but my question is it bad?
Here is what is in it..
1 pound lean ground turkey
1 jug of spicy V-8
I can hot chilli beans
1 can hot and spicy chili beans
1 can kidny beans

Thats it! It tastes so damn good though...can anyone do the break down on it?? :help:

What's stopping you from "doing the breakdown on it?"

Just google the nutrition info for the ingredients and figure out your serving size....either that or read the info from the packages.

Try plugging it into fitday.com and see if it gives you the break down. That sounds yummy, I would add an onion and some garlic, I love garlic in just about everything, I would also add some tomato sauce or diced tomatos. Sounds great, I will have to give that a try if it ever cools down around here. That would be a great crock pot party food. ~Mandy
