Thyroid disease and SOY
If you are taking thyroid meds, soy foods or milk interacts with the medication.Should check with a doctor before consuming.My doc advised against it.

I take thyroid med, but I don't eat for an hour after taking.

Damn, too tired to read now, but I take my thyroid med with my SOY protein shake. I'll read tomorrow. Thanks so much for the post. I ran out of soy & got regular 2% this time - maybe I had a premonition?
