Sushi?

Hi All,

I'm starting my mushie stage in a few days and am wondering if anyone has eaten sushi while on this phase?

I've done two weeks of liquids, and now I'm able to eat mushy food, and fish/rice are listed....my concern is the seaweed....thoughts?

Thanks,
Lucky

If you can have rice and raw fish at the mushy stage, just get sashimi or eat the insides. I doubt nori is considered a mushy, it's actually pretty difficult to chew it up.

ask for soybean paper - it is pretty soft. or just get sashimi or tartar. I love sushi!

sashimi is really good for you and is very soft. I would order some sashimi and some rice. That is one of my favorite foods. I fill up really fast on sushi now however. Sashimi I can eat the entire meal.
