happy Sunday all!

So i was looking at some of the sites with info on ordering samples of the proten powders and I came across this "gift basket"
I dont know if it seems expensive or not so I thought I would write and see if anyone has ordered it. I just cant decide if I should trot over to the GNC or order a bunch of samples or just get this basket. It does come with a free tote and I'm a sucker for free totes. :D

Hi - I bought this and loved it - got all the sample sized protein paks, so I could tell what I liked and didn't before buying the 2pound jug...the book is more for rny patients than bandsters, but had some good recipes...price didn't seem too bad compared with others I shopped...try it! You'll be glad you did.

The book alone is worth it, IMHO! I have the book and it's becoming my bible. The fact that she writes so honestly about her journey is so refreshing and I figure if she can do it, so can I.
