Sugar free milkshakes?

Are sugar free ice cream milkshakes okay for the thick liquid phase? What about spicy liquids like gumbo just minus the chicken, rice, Etc?

Sure, but just remember, even though it may be sugar free, there is still a lot of carbs in some of those shakes. Just be careful you aren't chugging four shakes a day that are 300 calories each, okay?

you've gone to a lot of trouble to have WL surgery... why even tempt yourself with Icecream concoctions???

Just drink a nice cold Protien Shake, its got all the nutrician you need and tastes good.
