Can have whichever you want.. Moderation is the key!
No Sugar Added, does have sugar, they just didn't add any 'extra'.
Sugar free, means they likely used an artificial sweetener.
I prefer the 100 calorie normal ones to any of the SF or no sugar added.

I'm a bit phobic about artificial sweeteners so I would choose a no added sugar product.

I'll ditto that preference. Sugar-free is NASTY. No sugar added is alright, depending on the type. Fudge-sicle or fruit pops are usually okay, anything else is generally icky.

It depends on what your doc says. S/F is usually used during clear liquids. No sugar added is usually frozen fruit and that is for full liquids.
