south beach diet pizza

Ok, I was banded on 10/31 I am able to eat most anything. I have 5cc's in a 9cc band. I have decent restriction but am not at my sweet spot. Has anyone been eating south beach diet foods? The pizzas are pretty good. They have 30 grams of protein and 300 or so calories. I knowit's bread, but it's low carb. Has anyone else gone this route?

bread

Is the crust crispy or soft? I'm not back to "real" food yet, but I heard toast is easier to keep down than doughy bread....same for pizza, I'm guessing. You keep it all down, okay? Or haven't experimented yet?

I have not done the pizza but I generally have one of the wrap meals or the chicken salad meals for lunch at work. Low calorie, high protein and they taste great. I have pretty good restriction and I have no issues. If teh pizza is thin and crispy I can eat it. I can not eat anything soft and doughy.

I love South Beach and Lean Cuisine because they are the perfect amount of food and are filled with all the right nutrients. The pizzas are good and so are the Lean Cusine ones... they aren't too doughy. I also highly recommend Isopure water from GNC. It tastes good and each bottle has 40 grams of protein... very pricy but worth it.
