Sometimes I can, sometimes I can't!

It is so hard to decided if you need a fill or not. I could only eat a 1/2 piece of fish saturday and sunday i ate the hold fish with a baked yam on the side. I just never know if I should get a fill or not. I don't understand that it could be the same foods but at a different time of the day or the next day and you can't eat it sometimes and then sometimes you could eat it with a side of something else! What's really up with this Lap Band?

When you can answer that question--we will all bow down to you and sing your name in praise....

KAT, you crack me up! Isn't that the truth! The band is fickle. However, if you are not losing or it has really slowed down and you are able to eat a lot often, I'd go for a fill. I tend to be a fill person, so I use my band as much as possible. Give it a few days and then make your decision!
