It could indeed be that your swelling has gone, yes. And it might not be that you feel any restriction whatsoever, yet. But you should also start trying protein food, like meats, rather than just the carbs. Experiment with a wide range of foods so that when you do go for your fill, you'll know how whether you have any restriction or not. And that will dictate the amount of your adjustment.
