Question shredded wheat any one? Other fiber?

dry or with milk?

I've managed a few wheat thins, used to be addicted to 'em but just wasn't impressed this time....

and I hesitate to start Ritz....they used to drive up my blood sugar too much...

I need some fiber....

Was home alone batching it this week, had a few soda crackers w/my pureed concoctions....I nibbled them slowly without trouble....

fiber....fiber.....must have fiber.........

Benefiber makes a colorless, tasteless powder that you can sprinkle on food or mix into drinks. It doesn't "gunk up" like Metamucil. Shredded wheat is great. Also, prunes (available in multi-flavors)...just chew really well.

I've tried the regular prunes, but they're so sweet and they take a few days to work. I spoke with the lady who had surgery after me and she said she only goes a couple of times a week, so maybe I'm expecting too much.
