Lunch ~ Egg Salad & 1 pkg Buddig Pastrami
Snack ~ 2/3 of a Medium Iced Coffee from McD's (followed by a chocolate chip cookie )
Dinner ~ 2oz Grilled Chicken Breast & 1/2 C Mashed Potatoes
Snack ~ Atkins Cafe Mocha Shake

Totals ~
970 Calories
46g Fat
72g Carbs
64g Protein

Atkins Shakes

I have been drinking the strawberry atkins shakes forever...but since they have changed their packaging they are disgusting...tastes like Pepto Bismol....has anyone else noticed?

tad of pain, just plan on eating what i can~

yesterday -

b- ensure milk chocolate meal replacement
l- 1/3c mash potatos/gravy
d- 1/3c mash potatos/gravy
s- mango smoothie

**white, i believe atkins changed some of their recps along with their packaging**

b: slim fast high protein shake, chocolate
l: salad with turkey deli meat, cheese, hard boiled egg and a few sprinkles of bacon--with a little ranch dressing (this is NOT my typical lunch lol..but i had very little of it)
d: tuna salad (3oz) on a wasa cracker
s: fruit cup (pineapple)

Yup, I posted a thread about it ... I sent a complaint to Atkins and of course they sent me a generic "uncaring" response. I was really hooked on their Cafe Caramel Latte shakes ... but now their new "Cafe Caramel" tastes like crap! Of course, I didn't know this when I bought them and bought like 3 cases of it (still have 2 cases sitting in my fridge) but yeah, I noticed the new disgusting taste!

I must get more protein in!!

Brkft-1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 banana
2 tbls lemon yogurt
2 scoops of Chocolate Protein powder
TOTAL-CAL 453, P 57.5 , FAT 13.9

Dinner-
1 HB egg
3oz Beef
1 cup LETTUCE
1 wedgecheese
3 tsp Pumkin seeds
1 sliceTurkey
1 Sweet small pickle
1 pckt Dressing
TOTAL-CAL 359.5 P 41.1, FAT 16.5

Total for the Day..Cal 812.9, P 98.6, F 30.4


Are my fat grams to high?
