Sunday:
b: 1.5 eggs (1/2 cup) with 1 laughing cow cheese
l: egg salad (3 oz) and 1oz weight watcher cheddar cheese
d: the fake out spaghetti recipe from here.TERRIFIC! (i made my own meat sauce early in the day, but followed the rest of the recipe. YUM. my husband had seconds (he's super thin--not dieting).
Today:
b: protein shake with pb2 (love that stuff)
l: (will have) chicken cold cuts (3oz) with 1oz weight watcher cheese
d: probably leftovers from last night

meal 2- 1/4c lowfat cottage cheese, 1 tbsp salsa
meal 3- apple, 14 almonds
meal 4- South Beach cinnamon raisin bar
meal 5- 1/4c shredded chicken, 1 tbsp bbq sauce
meal 6 -maple & brown sugar oatmeal
Total calories- 756

d: eating out, bonefish grill, i'm going to try shrimp and see how it goes
georgia girl: thanks for your input..i'm going to "steal" your idea of shredded chicken and bbq. i bought one of those roasted chickens from the supermarket and that would taste great shredded with bbq!

I had to get rebanded yesterday, because mine had slipped, and was choking off the esophagus! It hurt much worse this time. Anyway I am on my SECOND week of clear fluids ONLY, and the doc said he might keep me on this for 2 more weeks. If I wasn't hurting from the surgery, I would kick his butt! HA! I hate chicken broth! Anyone got any good ideas for a clear liquid diet?? Thanks in advance!

Eating small meals throughout the day is crucial for me.
b -- yogart (170 cal)
s -- yogart (170 cal)
l-- protein bar (180 cal)
s--protein bar (180 cal)
d -- 2 eggs, scrambled with 1/4 cup of cheese, onions/peppers (300 cal)
juice bar (80 cal)
