sharon:) | i was able to eat saldad (an haven't had problems to date) since i went to solids - right at 4wks :)

Hi Shanon,
Just wanted to say that I am 8 months out and I can't eat salads! I miss them a bunch. Occasionally, I have a couple of bites of lettuce and I do fine. I know others can eat salads and some can't! Hopefully you will be able to!

I have never had problems with salad 4 month post opt, but I don't really eat much salad anyway. |

Jumping on here with you all and commiting to a daily accountability.
Today as I just got home from Denver the fridge was bare so:
B: One large iced latte, no sugar-lowfat milk
Six cashews
L: Boston market greens salad with white chicken ( 2 cups with some dressing on the side dipped the chicken in)
D: SlimFast Optimum
snack: 3/4 cup Cheerios with half a cup of milk
