8am coffee
10am 2 egg whites scrambled with 1 piece of FF cheese
and 2 turkey sausage links cut up in the eggs.
Vitamin
1pm 2 oz canned chicken breast with 2 tbsp low fat mayo
on whole wheat roll up. Viactive
6pm flour tortilla medium with 2.5 oz ground beef, 1 tbsp
ortega sauce, 1/4 cup mexican blend cheese.
Vitamin.
7pm Viactive

total calories for the day 901

L-vanilla bean greek yogurt w/cinnamon,1/2 of a chicken chipotle ravioli
D-1 slice of pizza,3 mini choc chip cookies,handful of chips..

1.5 mile walk

So far....

B- lean pocket 250 cal
s- fun size snicker 60 cal
l- marathon bar and coffee 260 cal

snack and dinner will be something good and not more than 450 cal altogether..

Im going to get back on track and get out of the 170's before my TT on the 20th

4 hrs roller skating

wayyy too much halloween candy CANT WAIT TILL ITS GONE
b- lean pocket 250 cal
s- coffee 50 cal
l- 1/4 salad from a cafe and 1/4 of my sisters sandwhich probably 300 cal altogether
s- split soft served ice cream with reeses cups ughhh probably 400 cal
d- 1/4 stuffed acorn squash 200 cal

1200 cal
probably 300 cal of candy!!

I did walk and play tennis for an hour and a half today

Tomorrow is a new day
