B- 1/2 cup Fiber one w/skim plus about 125cal (5g Protein)
L- Healthy Choice Soup about 220cal (14g of Protein)
S- EAS Carb control bar- 260cal (25g Protein)
D- Will be a small Salmon Fillet w/Veg about 400cal and 20g Protein
for the day- 1005cal and 64g protein.
This is the first day i added the EAS bar into my diet.. I may cut out the fiber one and put the bar in it's place going forward. that would have me at 880cal for the day and still 59g protein

Josie- your height and weight are exactly mine right now- we are body doubles!
I'm getting banded on March 3-- I'm hoping- no I'm PLANNING to be where you are in a year! Great job!
Did you have trouble with hunger and/or cheating after being banded? I'm cautious about being too hopeful that the band will actually help where other diets have failed me.
Any words of wisdom for me?
thanks for posting your stats- they help folks like me!
Sadie
