Yesterday
B- coffee, 1 breakfast sausage and 1 rice cake
L- 2oz greet yogurt w/ 7 peanuts
S- peanut butter crackers (6)
Went to my high school football game (teams were from where I work and we played the school where my DH works) We won 34-6 
I picked the top off of 2 slices pizza, 3 nachos, 2 handfuls cheetos
D- which was too late----3 chicken strips and too many sweet potato fries

I am still on liquids so I won't bore you with what I am eating. I do start full liquids today, so I am going to try a protein shake. I have noticed that alot of people don't seem to be getting enough protein. I know that alot of you have almost reached your goals but do you still not worry about getting enough protein??? Just wondering?

breakfast - blueberry fruit smoothie w/ 25 grams of whey protein mixed in
lunch - 1/2 cup pinto beans, 1/4 cup of salsa and topped with cheese
snack - 3 bites of chocolate cake
dinner - 1/2 cup of beef barley and mushroom soup
snack - caramel flavored protein shake

I went to a funeral, then to the store ,so for lunch I ate 1 slice of luncheon meat and 1 pb cracker on the way home.
S- 1 oz pork skins w/ salsa
D- leftover chicken strips (1) and a few sweet potato fries

Just wondering? | rebrph- i will add a protein drink on days i work out w/my trainer, which adds an additional 24grams per day, otherwise - i try to eat balanced meals, including carbs/fruits/veggies & protein each day.
each dr will give out different advise on protein intake, mine suggested that if i can get in around 45-55g per day - and he prefers to do that w/food, rather than drinks....i should be fine.
