Breakfast - Unjury protein Shake Vanilla with added Cinnamon
Snack - Banana and small coffee
Lunch - Unjury Chicken Soup
Dinner - small scoop Cottage Cheese and several cubes of Tofu
I just got a fill last Thursday and usually eat a little more than this.

Maria, you are sooooo talented! Thank you for sharing your projects! They are beautiful. I know I'm going to have to start little projects to keep my hands busy from thinking about eating - and Winter is the perfect time to start. I LOVE your kitty in the scarf!

Dinner: 1 Cup macaroni with tomatoe sauce and sausage
snack: 1/2 cup chocolate ice cream

L - 3oz deli roast beef, 1/2 c TJ's tomatoe soup, 1/2 pack baby carrots (microwaved soft)
S - 4oz 1% cottage cheese
D - 4oz BBQ chicken breast, 1/2 c BBQ beans
40 min walk at lunch

L: 3 rye cruskits with 1/2 banana
Snack: 1/2 peeled pair
D: 1/2 cup Chicken morney with rice
Snack: 1/2 cup canned fruit & light custard
Late Snack: 1 cup of low fat chocolate drink (42 cals)

State: SoCali | Breakfast ~ Special K double chocolate protein bar (yum!) & 1 Farmer John sausage link Lunch ~ 5 piece chicken nugget from Wendy's w/ BBQ sauce (only had 3.5 of em tho) Snack ~ Caesar side salad (from Wendy's) no croutons or caesar dressing, instead added a hard boiled egg, little bit of shredded cheese & some salsa Dinner ~ 1 Delimex shredded beef tamale Snack ~ 3 mini powdered donuts :o This isn't my typical menu, was out & about for most of the day but I still managed to stay below my set calorie limit so it's all good
