I can not do iceberg lettuce it tears up my tummy..ROmaine and cabbage no problem

Jack, you are just going to have to try it and see. What some people can eat, others can't. I would hate to see you think that because one person can eat it and then you try and can't that you feel bad. Just try it and see, you will never know till you do!

Betty's right, Jack. You're gonna have to try it. As for me, I haven't found any raw veggies that I can't eat. Good luck!

I have never had a problem with salad... all of the salad fixings have always gone through my band slicker than... well... slickly. Besides... then I get to do my favorite thing in the world... CHEW. :)
