I love Zone Perfect bars, especially the Fudge Graham flavor. Other flavors I like are Chocolate Almond Raisin, Chocolate Mint, and Chocolate Peanut Butter...they have lots of other flavors, but as you can see, I like chocolate!

If I'm really busy I can stomach a South Beach Diet chocolate protein breakfast bar.

Just remember any bar with over 12 g of sugar is nothing more than a glorified candy bar!

Wink

I just found one that I like. It is Atkins Advantage Caramel, Chocolate Peanut Nougat (it's new). It has 3 net carbs, 150 cal, 11g protein, 1g Sugar, 9g fiber and no sugar alcolhol.

We were doing all protein drinks for breakfast. Our nutritionist asked us to switch to Snicker's Marathon meal replacement bars. She said they were the best she'd found calorie for protein gram. We buy 'em at Walmart by the box. I highly recommend the caramel nut rush (20g protein). The other one (26g) is too dry.
