I realize everyone is different, but are some able to eat popcorn? I really miss it and haven't tried it yet, but it seems like a nice snack since I probably couldn't eat much anyway.

I haven't had any problems with popcorn so long as I take it slowly and chew well. :)

I use popcorn for my occassional scack. I buy the Pop Secret 100 calorie bags. There's plain or kettle corn. Perfect serving size and no problems at all. Not too salty either. Enjoy!

The snack doesn't cause a problem, the only problem I have with popcorn is the fact that it's hard for me to eat without wanting to chase it wilth a coke.

....from time to time I gobble a bit of it down....no trouble....leave of the oily funny flavored stuff....for a pleasant unusual taste sensation, sprinkle a little FLAKED brewer's yeast on it with a bit of Dr. Bronner's Sea Salt....

the first time i tried popcorn, it did not seem to bother me. i chewed it forever. however, the second time was not so smooth. i think i ate it too fast & did not chew it long enough. trial by error i suppose. just go real slow.
good luck, p.j.

The trick for me is literally taking one kernel at a time and making sure it's completely swallowed before eating the next one. (Of course, now I can do that pretty quickly. )

Yup, me too. One piece at a time. Chew, savor, chew, savor. Those little 100 calorie bags are so perfect! It's the only time I eat and allow myself to drink at the same time. I make a nice tall glass of iced tea, with a slice of lemon and splenda. Mmm.... perfection right there. :)
