Nuts?

Hey,
I am 5 months out from surgery and was wondering how everyone has done with eating nuts? I love sunflower seeds and using pecans in stuff.
any problems?

I eat nuts regularly. No problems.

Just chew, chew, chew like everything else.

No problems here either. Lots of days I have a handful of nuts as a snack.

I began eating nuts and salads about six months post-op and have had no problems whatsoever. I can still eat anything (yes, even bread) as long as I chew well and wait ample time between bites.
